If you're in SA, be sure to work through somebody who is a little closer to home. Having someone close enough to meet with in-person is a major plus.

I'd recommend you contact Monica Thomas with Rollo Insurance in Seguin. She'll gladly drive over to meet with you in-person. Rollo Insurance is the official insurance provider of Texags for a reason...They're really good.
