Phil's career is such an interesting case study. For his generation, he was the Arnie to Tiger's Jack. Just a huge fan favorite that could have done anything post-playing career. So weird that he decided to burn every bridge with virtually the entire golf ecosystem and he's still yet to truly give a credible answer for why (not buying the media rights stuff, that never made any sense).

It is a very interesting case study. Especially with the golf community for years being a very protected community that looked after each other. But the Phil, Tiger, John Daly crowd has pulled the curtain back and can't just stick lipstick on a pig and think no one will notice anymore.

Phil has never been the person that has been portrayed in the media eye, but some still believe his smile and false words.

Start with FIGJAM, I think it is hilarious that the players on tour nicknamed him this. At a time when he wanted to act like an angel, most players hated him.

- Insider Trading with convicted felon/gambler, Billy Walters. Walters claims Mickelson has bet over $1 billion dollars on sporting events. Losing over $140,000 one day alone on 43 baseball bets. Most of his erratic behavior is often attributed with Betting loses or women

- Connected with Mob Bookie "Dandy" Don Seranno who supposedly has been connected with him since 2007. Lost money to several mob connected people

- Switching to Calloway to pay off his gambling debts, eventhough he admitted it was inferior technology at the time

- Throwing Ryder Cup captains under the bus multiple times. Often seems like excuse to avoid blame himself

- Caddie dispute with Bones Mackay in which Bones fired Mickelson

- Mickelson's with other women at the Thunderbirds events during waste management. Then he ends up skipping the waste management to play the 2020 Saudi International Tournament. This is where the Saudi's began to buy him.

- LIV Golf being able to buy him, assumptions that he needed money again. Mickelson himself called the Saudi regime scary muther********. Very obvious he turned his back on the tour and did this all for the money. Bad mouthing a lot of people and trying to look like a white knight helping people but was actually a sellout
