I just saw the Vegas clip of the break off the rake. Very fortunate on that one.

Phil quit caring about golf a long time ago.

"I love crowds," Block told GOLF.com after finishing at 15 over through two rounds to miss the cut. "That's kind of the funny part is I wish there was a huge crowd on every hole because that's when I hit my shots. I really do. I always do. It's the weirdest thing. When there's no one around is when I hit my worst shots.
"That's something that I need more in my life is a bigger crowd. I just need to play a little better so it could happen. I could only imagine what would have happened if I would have been playing really good this week."
This guy is a total show off. Instead of taking a simple wedge out and chipping out into the fairway, he has to show his skills by hitting a low liner just missing a fan, richocet off the tree to the same spot the wedge would have ended up.The Last Cobra Commander said:

I know a ball hitting a rake is rare but why doesn't the PGA tour have a volunteer with each group carrying a rake or a volunteer or two on each hole. The caddies don't have to do it which might help a little with pace of play as well. They do it for the Open Championship so why not in other events?jonj101 said:

You obviously need help with reading comprehension. The Aces are a team in LIV - do they get team points from playing in the PGA? No. So STFU.

They get paid to wear their team gear. Not unlike any other sponsorship out there. Complaining about that is the most ridiculous take.
Forgot about that. I am surprised the Masters doesn't have an automated system in each bunker to do it after a bird lands in it or a squirrel runs through one.TXAGGIES said:Kansas Kid said:I know a ball hitting a rake is rare but why doesn't the PGA tour have a volunteer with each group carrying a rake or a volunteer or two on each hole. They get paid to wear their team gear on the LIV tour - not the PGA tour. It is LIV specific. There are no teams on the PGA Tour. Why is that so hard for you to understand?

This isn't a PGA Tour event it's a PGA event. All PGA players sponsor s should only be worn at Tour events not the PGA, the Opens or the Masters?

how in the hell do you not understand that the Aces, Crushers, etc are part of that players brand? These teams 100% mean stuff to them. Tv exposure, internet exposure, etc all results in $. Similar to a sponsorship. It's simple economicsCoppellAg93 said:TXAGGIES said:CoppellAg93 said:Bunk Moreland said:CoppellAg93 said:Bunk Moreland said:CoppellAg93 said:Bunk Moreland said:JFrench said:

The Aces, Crushers, etc. are not companies sponsoring players like Nike, Titliest, and others. It's just not the same thing.
My biggest issue here is that the LIV players are wearing their team and LIV logos to rub it in the face of Monahan and the PGA Tour. These teams mean nothing during these events. I don't like it and have made my point. If you and others disagree, fine. Let's leave it at that.
