As far as format, something that at least ends in match play would be fun. That said, yes, this event is most like other PGA events, but I think that's actually appropriate. Augusta is Augusta. The US Open is usually going to be a setup that the USGA has pushed to the brink of Tardville. And the Open is obviously a different style altogether. But the PGA always has the deepest field, and I just don't mind one solitary major that resembles a championship version of what they play every week. It's actually kind of the point given what it represents
