The team buy-in starts at the top and I think a big reason the Euros are much more cohesive is because their team leaders (Rory and Rahm) are extremely invested in this event. The rest of the team gets on board because no one wants to let these guys down.

I was doggin Burns yesterday but him and Homa seem to be playing with more heart than anyone else on the American side right now.
