Yeah. This has been a clinic by the euros. You can certainly second guess some of Zach's decisions but, at the end of the day, the euros are just greatly outplaying the Americans across the board. Unless the guys just start playing better, there's no amount of juggling lineups that's going to change anything.

Spieth has been absolute @$$ today. Playing horrible.

The analysts are talking about how the Europeans have been actually playing and our guys are "well rested". It's showing.

doubt it but it's very possible at this point. I can't imagine a more hollow feeling in competitive golf than having to go play match play after losing the cup.

This isn't the problem today. You can quibble over a couple guys/pairings if you want, but the issue today is every Euro is beating the brakes off of every American. Simple as that.

And I'll edit to add-the last guy to make the Euro team is currently whipping Scheffler and Koepka's asses. When that happens, there's really nothing that can be done.

Paul McGinley talked about that last night in his reasoning for liking Europe's vibe going into the Ryder Cup. He said the US players could have played in the BMW last weekend but the only 2 players that played at all were Homa and Thomas in the Fortinet. One of the analysts said "but that would be a lot of travel back and forth" to where McGinley replied "play the BMW and then stay the week over here. It's Europe, we have a beautiful place over here".

this. If this was a major these guys would've played the week before, or at least two weeks before. For the Ryder Cup supposedly being such a big deal to these guys there actions speak different in terms of preparation.

Perhaps Bryson and DJ would've been better suited since they played last weekend?

I want to picknus so bad, but we suck in Europe and we can't seem to play as a team. Hopefully we figure it out, but if I was a true betting man......I'd bet on Europe to win and that hurts in the worst kind of way!!
