The good news is that he will be finishing his round about the time that the last groups start. You'll see all of his shots instead of everybody else, but we won't miss much of Top 10 leaderboard.

They shouldn't be playing now with standing water on the greens but they want to get the 2nd round completed. I don't know if they will be able to start Round 3 today or not.
