I think he gives these diatribes to his mother when he comes up from her basement.

I'm actually extremely surprised the irony of randy lecturing anyone on the lack of self awareness didn't break the internet. He talks about us continually having to pay for our coaching mistakes. Remind me again randy, how many coaches are on sip payroll? Has sip paid off FYPMMB yet? Is ucf even paying chuckles yet? Tell me saterfield, what will the narrative be when sip fires hairplugs within 2 years?
I wonder what the Michigan "friend" thinks about his lack of self awareness

Blinn College is open enrollment. A 2.5 at Blinn gets a kid guaranteed enrollment at **** (which means GPAs lower than 2.5 are accepted, just not guaranteed).

A kid can walk into Blinn with just a high school transcript (and proof of vaccination for bacterial meningitis), take 6hrs per semester at A&M and, with less than a 2.5, get full admission to **** starting their junior year.

Long Awaited TEAM Improvements Have Arrived!

The Texas A&M-Blinn TEAM Program is changing!

For almost two decades the TEAM partnership has enabled Texas A&M to admit thousands of additional qualified students into the Aggie freshman class (through co-enrollment at Blinn College) than would have otherwise been possible due to enrollment limitations. The agreement between the two schools that defines TEAM's policies has been periodically renewed, but without significant changes. Recently the presidents of both institutions approved a new agreement that introduces student-friendly changes aimed at making the program even more successful!

What will be the main differences?

The TEAM credit hour requirements remains unchanged: Students must earn 45 Blinn and 15 A&M credit hours by the end of the two-year program for guaranteed transition to full enrollment at A&M. The new terms and conditions are outlined in the 2018 TEAM contract that has been provided to all TEAM students by email. Here is a summary of the significant changes:

The required minimum $#@!ulative GPA will be lowered from 3.0 to 2.5 at each school!

Transfer admission will be discontinued for TEAM students after the Spring 2018 semester. Under the new contract TEAM students will transition to full enrollment at A&M exclusively by the change curriculum process.

Students may seek a change of curriculum after completing two (2) or more semesters if they have maintained a minimum $#@!ulative GPA of 2.5 at each school and have also satisfied all entry requirements for their intended major.

Students will be allowed to register for 6 A&M credit hours each semester!

https://blinnteam.wordpress.com/

Stupid fack doesn't understand that this isn't open transfer from Blinn to A&M, this is for people who are in Blinn TEAM to transfer to A&M. Blinn TEAM was created because there were a lot of students who easily met A&M's minimum academic requirements for admission, but couldn't get in because of the top 10% rule (think of your 11-15%). Rather than let them go elsewhere (OU and Okie State were snapping a lot of these kids up), A&M created Blinn TEAM, which was a simultaneous enrollment at Blinn and A&M. Take the majority of your classes at Blinn but 6 hours at A&M, and you'd be a full-time student at Blinn and a part-time student at A&M, but be eligible to participate in some student activities at A&M like buying a sports pass. This was an easy way to allow otherwise qualified students to still come to A&M, and they would just transfer in after they earn 60 credit hours. The stumbling block Mortimer Charles Satterfield doesn't seem to understand is that in order to qualify for this plan, you have to be eligible to gain admission to A&M. You can't just 'get a HS transcript and get open admission to Blinn, earn a 2.5 and you're in at A&M".

But we all know Mortimer doesn't deal well with facts.

Yes they did. The last year of the SWC in 95 and the first year of the Big 12, 96. Which he wasn't even the rushing leader for the conference in either of those years

His best years though were the 97 and 98 year where he actually was the conference leader in rushing.
What was the longhorn record in 97? 98? Did you win a conference championship during his heisman campaign?

If the answer is yes they you would actually contribute to the flow of the conversation.

If the answer is that Texas had a losing record in 97 and was second in the conference in 98 then your input sounds like you are defending the loon Randy. He is claiming that JFF sucks because he didn't win the conference and then wonders if he ever won any trophies.

Um.. JFF was the first freshman to win the Heisman. I think that is a trophy. Which is what was brought up and the fact that during his Heisman campaign Texas did not win the conference either. Nor his second best year, the year before.

So back to the topic of JFF. Did he suck?

In other words, as long as you have a high school diploma, you pretty much qualify for admission to TAMU. And if you are a total idiot and can't manage a 2.5 at a community college, relax. They are building a seriously academically deficient campus in College Station (RELLIS) to make sure you, too, get an a g g y degree. Quantity over quality - the a g g y motto.

Since I know Saterfield (Duke) reads this thread. Here is latest data for average pay for graduates from pay scale.
Texas A&M rank 98
Avg on low end $57,200
High $112, 400
54% of degrees from A&M are the high meaning range. 30% are STEM degrees.

Texas rank 138
Avg low end $56,900
High end $107,400
High meaning degrees 49%
STEM degrees 26%

Randy, it looks like tu has a lot more mid level loser jobs than A&M, but with your extensive research abilities why don't you look this up yourself. Also case in point is your pathetic professional record of work. Looks like that almighty tu degree did YOU absolutely no good.

Texas has a similar program for their applicants who qualify but don't get accepted too. It's called the CAP program. Of course, he just simplified the a&m and blinn program because if he actually listed the requirements, it wouldn't fit his narrative. I could say the same about tu and just state all you need to get a degree at Texas is a hs diploma. It's just as true as what he said.
