I don't think that neighborhood allows for painting houses white. The neighborhoods are really strict about limiting the amount of 'modern farmhouse' homes. I bet that house was a forced sale indirectly by the HOA after a fight about the paint.IronRed13 said:

Yeah, the house is messy/lived in and you can tell they are moving.
But it's not a surprise it is under contract. Over 6000 Sq ft, on an acre, in a water sports community, with the back yard set up it has, in the location it is in? Not to mention it has 5 bed, 5 bath, and the interior finishes are nice/neutral.

Its also been on the market 71 days. You could rent a pod for 2 days and put all your junk away and probably get that time on market down significantly.

Sure. But it looks like they potentially needed to move quickly, and their realtor had photos taken when they were packing/sorting. It's not really a reflection of the home deserving to be part of this thread. This is one that I would say people are just being picky now.
It's not like the photos where someone didn't flush the toilet, or left an entire sink full of dirty dishes, or live in a hoarding state. This is clearly them packing to move from a house that otherwise looks nice and clean. But alas, we can agree to disagree

It's absolutely shocking to me that someone would allow their home to be listed this way. As a potential buyer, it would be a big turn off because I'd assume the house wasn't taken care of. So I appreciate it being on the thread!
I dont think they are clearly packing, but they MAY be.. I'm packing my home right now, we cleaned it up for the half hour of the photo shoot, then trashed it again while continuing to pack. Ultimate tenants set up a virtual showing 10 minutes after it went live. Lease signed inside of 5 days. Of they couldn't be bothered to clean for a photo shoot, what else couldn't they be bothered to do?
Exactly! If that is how they let the world see it I don't even want to imagine what they let slide when they know people aren't looking.
I'm not sure they were just packing either. And look at the pool - it's hard to tell - but seems as though it may not have been maintained in a while.
I've never wake boarded before and have only been on pontoon boats on a lake, but I don't understand these neighborhoods with water sport canals basically. Wouldn't the wake of a boat mess stuff up? Isn't that why they have no wake zones in the side channels of lakes? Those "lakes" in that neighborhood are narrower than the brazos river.
Yep. Id wager they weren't packing either. The people were almost assuredly slobs and I would bet it cost them.
For that and for safety. But knowing the intended use and purpose of these canals, you'd build accordingly and swimming probably isn't allowed.

Car in the house is a bit crazy. Plus the bizarre closet with the stairs.
That room is attached to the garage. The room with stairs is adjacent to the elevator from the house to the garage/game room. You can see there are double doors from the garage in to the game room so he can swap cars out at will.

The stairs in the closet seems to have picked up speed in giant houses after that lady in Carlton Woods (The Woodlands) let the news come in and do a story about her 3 story closet in 2014 and got picked up in nationally. Then wouldn't you know it, a few months later her house gets robbed. I always assumed it was planned purposely for insurance. Why else would you reach out to the news and say look at everything I have then act surprised when you get robbed shortly after? Carlton Woods is also gated and has probably a 9ft brick wall around the entire neighborhood, not an easy place to get into if youre not supposed to be there.
