I always thought that story was suspicious (and from what I understand, that woman is odd), but I've got a friend in CW and she's told me that it's an ongoing problem. There are different types of maintenance people going in and out of that 'hood all day, every day. She's had people come up to her door that had no business being there. I don't think it's hard to let the security guard to let you in, and I'm sure there are plenty of day workers who are supposed to be there and just take advantage of that opportunity to supplement their legit paychecks.

Coincidentally, the listing agent's last name is also Kink.

I'm not super familiar with Great Houston geography, so I was a bit surprised how far out that place is. I assume that is the wife and kids house, and he has a condo downtown to stay at during the week with the side piece?

My Google stalking skills tell me he was the owner/CEO of Service First Automotive. I believe they sold out to Caliber Auto Care a year or two ago. He has since founded ClearWater Express Wash.

Probably not a coincidence…..I'd imagine they were tired of autocorrect changing their name so added it to the dictionary. So they probably misspelled king and it corrected to kink instead.

I thought about that, but the only device on which I have issues with autocorrect is my Iphone. I can't imagine posting that listing using a phone, but maybe a Mac would have the same problems.

True. But I imagine someone who's last name is kink types it a **** ton more than most people. Most computers/phones "learn" and are more likely to autocorrect accordingly.

Diane Kink sold my house in the Woodlands. She is a top realtor in area. They also invested heavily into Woodforest back in its creation.

Boxes are on thing, but there's **** sitting out everywhere in every room. No reason to take all your stuff and set it out if you're packing it away. This thread has a ton of homes that look like this too, so it's not uncommon for some people to post photos without cleaning up.

Every time we moved I have pulled stuff out into the middle of every room to pack it. I can sort boxes easier that way. Apparently that isn't the norm

And again- there is a difference (to me at least) between having stuff out in every room, and having a sink full of dirty dishes, a toilet full of poop, and what is clearly hoarding situations.

I apparently suck at packing for moves. But we also didn't have photos taken until after we moved. It was a quick move. Like REALLY quick.

It's certainly possible, but I also look at the walls of that office (that appears to be used as a kid's room), the air mattresses and pallets everywhere, the trash on the nightstands, burnt out bulbs, etc. Makes me think there are a ton of people staying there which would explain the mess. It's possible some of those random rooms were bedrooms that already had the beds moved, but it seems odd to move furniture for kids rooms only if the rest of your stuff is still scattered all over. The kitchen and dining areas are surprisingly tidy though which is odd.

Just saw an interview with the homeowner. She has a custom sign-making company and thought it would be a funny joke for her husband. She was surprised her realtor didn't tell her to take it down.

Not sure if it was all planned in an attempt to go viral, but she swore it wasn't.
