If you look at the aerial photo, looks like that house was originally a very small L with a separate barn on the property. Someone got into some money, built an addition to connect everything, put in a pool, and has slowly been adding stuff onto that house. It looks like either they had a lot of kids, or they host their big family a lot.
Also, the property lines are weird. Its four acres, but its super skinny, and a carve off of clearly a larger plot that hasn't really been developed.
You hope this was someone's grandparents home who lived out their days and now their children are selling it. If this is selling because grandma and grandpa still need the cash, they're going to be in a world of hurt.
Also, lot of low angle/flat roofs with shingles on it. Gonna be lots of water damage.
