Yikes! I thought it for sure wouldnt be in a college heavy neighborhood, but nope across from the Texas Ave Target.

With the 5 parking spaces they are definitely marketing towards it being a college rental.

What effect does that slide have on insurance?

Some of those "paintings" in the gold boxes in the LR and DR look like they were painted directly on the walls.

I'm shocked that the builder didn't have that fine piece of... architecture featured in their gallery. It looks like they only build some variation of the same thing but this one is bad enough to make me rethink my stance on painting masonry.
edit: They're out of La Vernia so what else should you expect?

It's actually a pretty nice house when you overlook those two terrible choices. LOVE the laundry room.

That looks like a custom build that the buyers backed out of. Door by the toilet was probably to give access to a bathroom from the pool that never got built.

Strange choice to make it a glass door, though.

Yup. Its actually a nice set up to have. Just needs a 50 window vinyl sticker that makes it look more frosted until those trees grow a little taller in the back.

Totally agree. That sticker would make it much more appealing. Same thing with the window over the tub. Massive picture window when your neighbor's window is 50 feet away.
