Honestly not that bad (relative to the rest of this thread) You could fix a lot by just repainting the cabinets a solid color instead of using that weathered look. Can't do much about the different types of stones, but can try to tone down the rest.

It's a real good way to drive yourself crazy because the table and chairs are just a little off centered to the left.

Seems like a property you could VRBO for quite a bit, though I dont know if that makes it worth it.

It's a kinda split level entrance, more than likely due to the slope of the lot.

Go down to the living spaces and up for the bedrooms from the entrance.

My wallet started crying when it thought about the AC bill for a house with that many windows and probably not much insulation!

That house has a ton of potential. Would be a complete gut on the inside and could do a cool open concept. As is, looks like no rooms have true privacy as the walls have a cubicle like feel to them.

But yeah, enjoy living in a literally a glass house. Those AC/heating bills are going to be rough.

The love affair with wood panel walls in the 1980s is one of the worst 80s trends, IMO.
Its like they decided that wood floors were timeless and always on trend, but wood floors can be expensive so let's put in hideous carpet and linoleum and then cover the walls of a few rooms with wood, ensuring that the home would always feel stuck in the 80s unless you did a total gut job.

I think that house has a ton of character and could make a big hit as a game day house, but under no circumstance is it worth 210. There's nothing redeemable about the interior of it beyond the actual structure. I think you could make an offer of 140-150k max. Its going to take a 100k-150k at DIY rates to get that house gutted and updated. Plan on new AC system and having to figure out how route it without it looking beyond stupid. Roof also.

If the total loan at 280k for a renovated home is $1500 a month, I think you could get it to work if you can get it airbnb'd for 2 weekends a month.

From my time just browsing on airbnb, homes that have some cool feature and have premium furnishings (i.e. well done modern farmhouse right now) tend to stay busy no matter what.

That house could be real awesome, if not surrounded by stunning views of tract homes.
