My parents actually have an elevator in their three story townhome. But it looks nothing like that. It's much smaller and is hidden behind a "regular" door, so it just looks like a closet unless you open it. The elevator in that house looks like what's in my office building. Very strange.

But yes, looks like a big industrial elevator that has a fairly high occupant capacity.

Those two are pretty "famous" up here. I see them on a lot of listings. They currently have 112 listings, from $4.5 million on down. 7 are $1 million and up, including one in Katy.

I always thought my dad and I should have worn kitschy outfits for our headshots.

It's like they tried to be "hip" and with the times by tiling a walk in shower, and then they realized that it's a flat surface with a step down, and floods the rest of the bathroom/house everytime someone tried to shower.

And instead of just putting a pan insert in, they spent more money on a small prefab corner shower in what would otherwise be a decent sized shower.

I wouldn't think of taking my own photos. Price and Photography sell a house. Period.

Maybe this is only funny to me, but this is exactly the type of back and forth I have with my assistants when we're trying to speed through a shoot. Whether it's a bag, a cord from a lamp, a paper towel holder, pillows slightly out of place, or whatever the case may be, sometimes you don't realize until you get back to the office that you either didn't correct the problem or you may have even made it worse.
