Toilet seats (and lids) being up is one of my biggest pet peeves in RE photography.

Edit: Didn't notice the rotated photos at first glance. That's another one on the list.

It actually really looks like a nice house from what we saw, and it really looks like the builder did a great job on this house.

However:

1. It's a big price for a house that's off Chimney Rock.

2. Most of these pictures just look terrible.

I'm left wondering how these realtors get these listings...

That's the one by my house where it looked like they were trying to flip it then said F it and tore everything down. I think they kept the slab.

I sure as hell wouldn't pay that to be on chimney rock.

Nothing says "hell no!" quite like taking a bunch of pictures for the listing before construction is finished. At least try and pretend it's not a flip or some kind of rush job.

I honestly can't tell. Pictures 13 and 14 appear to be the "after" shots - you can't see the cord and the outlet, but the pictures are tiny. And the hood doesn't look any different and it doesn't appear that the tile backsplash was extended up any higher, so where did it go?

Looks like work in progress. Seems they arent done putting down floors, no baseboards, still painting, and I'm hoping they fix some of the tile issues in the bathroom.


If not, good luck to the buyer.

Any thoughts on caging up the poor family pup for the home photo shoot?

Y'all read my mind. I was out running in my 'hood this past weekend only to see that a 5000 sq ft McMansion that has been under construction For. Ever. was painted electric blue last week. I saw my neighbors who live a few doors down and asked "What's the story behind that?", gesturing in the general direction of the monstrosity.

Then I saw that green house and realized how much worse it could be! (Supposedly, if six people in the 'hood complain the blue debacle will be eliminated).

The inside looks like an upscale college bachelors house with all the beer signs.
