This was listed for months without any interest and now they have a different realtor. Picture quality is good enough to get it sold this time around, or there's so little stock available that someone is going to have to make do.

"all new, new new!!!" it damn sure better be!

so much wrong with that listing.

First of all, where the F is "South Highland Knolls"? Secondly, who brags about being able to walk to Wal-Mart as a main feature of the home?

The agent comments mention that the fire was determined to be Arson, and goes on to request that we only "use" the toilet in the master.

The arson thing intrigued me, so I looked at the listing history. The jackass who burned the house down had it listed for a year and a half, starting at $375K (keep in mind that no home has ever sold for over $270K in this neighborhood). Guess he got frustrated and torched the place.

Way easier to clean. With 4 kids, I use the heck out of it.

Our cooktop has a griddle section and we don't use it. Of course there is just 2 of us so we just use a skillet instead.
