This is from one of yesterday's jobs. The homeowner was there and mentioned that they spent quite a while staging everything. Well in that case, I'll just shoot it all "as is". Super nice guy, but I'm not sure how I feel about these dolls...

this one isn't so much a stunning listing, but this house sat gutted by a fire for what seemed like over a year. then a few months ago i saw activity and it was put back together and yesterday i saw it was for sale. it's just funny reading the descriptions in the pictures... "all new, new new!!!" it damn sure better be!

First of all, where the F is "South Highland Knolls"? Secondly, who brags about being able to walk to Wal-Mart as a main feature of the home?
The agent comments mention that the fire was determined to be Arson, and goes on to request that we only "use" the toilet in the master.
The arson thing intrigued me, so I looked at the listing history. The jackass who burned the house down had it listed for a year and a half, starting at $375K (keep in mind that no home has ever sold for over $270K in this neighborhood). Guess he got frustrated and torched the place.
