Things are about as low as they've been and probably will be for awhile.

I'm officially a part of the crypto world now! After researching LINK (thanks to you guys here), I bought some as I see they have the potential to be major players in the blockchain ecosystem.

Isn't it being replaced by Polkadot?

Reducing my ETH. It jas some chance to go to $5k by this summer but it won't keep it's market share after this cycle. I am dumping most amd increasing my positions on ADA, DOT, & Cosmos.

I use Kraken Pro. Far better than Coinbase and it has ADA (Cardano) & DOT)...plus you can set limits.

Coinbase pro probably allows limits but I wanted 2 different exchanges.

When ETH 2.0 rolls out it should be very usable, no?

In 2 years if no further delays or bugs. ADA amd DOT will have slingshot past ETH and probably a few others.

Which projects are getting built on Cardano? I legitimately never hear of any.

Seems like DOT, SOL, and Binance Chain are the popular alternatives.

Interested in this as well. I think that's the key along with the move to Coinbase.

Go to Cardano website and read about the road map and the vision behind it if you haven't. It will be a game changer.
Singularity and Celsius (likely) will be using Cardano and I've read others are already considering it (LINK). The Goguen roll out next month will be the key due to that allowing for Dapps. Currently in the Mary fork which allowed for native tokens.

Cardano will solve interoperability, scalability, and sustainability, issues and will be accessible to all, not just the tech savvy.


BIG ME fund just moved 750 million out of BTC into Cardano, claiming it will be the future due to its utility.

Not saying it won't be Cardano that solves the ETH gas problem, but there are plenty of alt coins that have roadmaps and plans to solve that very issue. It's anyone's guess as to which one will succeed. And if ETH level 2 rolls out before the other alt blockchain are up and running, then their value will plummet or they will shift to solving another problem. Is ADA building its own blockchain or is it building a solution to run on the ETH chain?

It is building everything from the ground up and is using peer reviewed technology (coding, cryptography, language, etc.). They aren't guessing. They are ensuring what they develop, and have been for years, that what they produce works, works well, amd will continue to work.

Analogy - ETH built a house and rushed the electrical work, or simply didn't account for possible issues, as others have, but Cardano (IOG formerly IOHK) is building it all up fresh knowing what was wrong with the others and instilling ways to avoid or fix any future problems.


ETH has to rewire their house. Others solved some of the ETH issues bit will need lots of electricians in tj3 future. Cardano has all GC and sub contractors working now to prevent and improve what is known, amd create the unknown.


IT is far more than just the gas issues.

Split between ADA and DOT. I hold neither

I'm not saying ADA won't be the next google but you have blinders on if you can't acknowledge the possibility that either another company will do it better or ETH will solve some of its issues and retain its position.

Trying to guess who will be on top in 5, 10, or 20 years is pure speculation. Anyone buying these coins should acknowledge this as fact before putting meaningful money into the alt space.

A quick view of my posts shows I am in ETH (reducing my position a lot this cycle) and ha e big position in ADA, REN, DOT, and Cosmos. Those are the similar tokens I have. I also have LINK, MANA, Kyber, Band, and the Graph.


ETH is going to be too late with ETH 2.0 ....2 years is a long time.

I have over 4k Cardano and 100 DOT (hehe)...kept buying ADA earlier and waited a bit too long on DOT to own a huge position.

Agreed. However, I see some Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, and Alan Turin in Charles Hoskinson. The team they have and continue to build is second to none imo, and thwy use peer-reviewed technology. Nobody else is doing that...not publicly anyway.

What app did you use or did you buy some other way?

Cardano's CEO was part of the team that started Etherium.

This post still cracks me up. Don't get me wrong, I'm still dca'ing in BTC even though I expect it could drop considerably from current levels. We are now sitting roughly $7,000 below the price this guy started yelling BUY BUY BUY. Crypto Jim Cramer!

Yeah, I still feel bad for making a sarcastic post after it didn't pan out. I guess even market cipher swings and misses every now and then.

It does, but it was me learning the nuances. I had STRONG buy signals on too short of a time frame. Which is what's used for scalping (less than 30 minute investments) which is not what most people are interested in.

Basically, when you're a fool, you don't know you are a fool. Which is where I was. Now I know it all

Did you have a hard time getting approval for funding Kraken pro? That was crazy intense and I still haven't gotten approval from Etana (company responsible for verifying your information.)
