I do a lot of covered calls, right or wrong. I got assigned on 1 contract of SPY on Friday...now I've got cash to buy other stuff I'll lose money on.

I know someone mentioned that the November call they said the new facility will be online by now. Not sure how this impacts the stock, but the facility is not complete. It's been beat pretty good since it's all time high but this can go lower before it goes higher.

I'm a buyer here regardless for long term but will also be a buyer if it falls on any delayed construction news. I wouldn't be buying options here.

Given the sweeping changes of the new administration, geo-politics, macro economics, etc...one would think trading the VIX would be a slam dunk. Never traded it myself.

How are you planning to trade it? Daily? Weekly/monthly? It's pretty easy to short vix spikes via vix or vxx, but not as easy as you'd think because as vix drops so does the premium you paid for your puts. I like buying vix or vxx calls a couple weeks out when things seem too quiet and vix is settling into support, but periods of "irrational exuberance" crush them

Gun to my head right now, I would guess MSTR gets back to the mid $300's, hits its head, and ultimately falls to $210. Low confidence, but its the path that makes the most sense at the moment. A lot need to play out to formulate a path higher.

This brings me to the days when OA would put his technical analysis feelers on the meme and social media darling stocks to learn that we'd get snake bitten by too much "shady af" manipulation moves and eventually resort to the more traditional names.

These charts are an hour old, but want to put it out there before the Trump / Trudeau call. Probabilities still favor this market moving up for one more high into mid to late February. Should today's low break though with continuation lower, it opens the potential for a lower short term bottom in the "one more high" scenario, pushing that high out into March most likely. It could also open up some more bearish potentials that I'm not willing to add to the chart until they start to take shape. IWM could also turn much more impulsive by taking out the 123.6% extension on that chart and then holding the 76.4% extension level.

Market could get a second shot in the arm if a Canada announcement happens.

CLS could make a run at $130 if markets rally at the end of the day.

Fidelity does not give it a good score as far as being bullish

but I love Alex Karp and the future decade should show them with a lot of potential growth.

Bought 25% more PLTR shares today and POWL also. Same for DELL.

Yes I cashed out my original investment last year and sitting on 315 shares NF….now if it can reach $100/sh I may consider pulling the trigger….we'll see
