They may not pay out another dividend beyond Q4 results; which the record date for Q3 has already passed, so you may get one more payout.

No, probably can. Honestly hard to tell. Economy seems to be on brink of recession, and then you never know what's going on long term with foreign wars. I don't think it's a bad trade, I just wouldn't necessarily do it for the dividend that's about to disappear.
