ASTS is down right now, about 4 bucks a share. They were up to 7.50 a share before they offered a bunch of new shares at 4.50 a share. That made the stock price plummet.
I feel this is temporary because they still are offering a unique product and are still on track to deliver 5g connections via satellite. Many services predict it to be at 15 over the next year, but reasonably you can expect 11. So this is a great point to get in for a small investment and double your money by year end.

Still not sure on my sell point for META. It's clearly supported by the government, so it won't crash crazy. But what is the ceiling? I bought at 283, and I don't like to buy high dollar stocks unless I clearly see them as undervalued, but we are reaching new highs here for this stock. Will it go higher? As we approach the election I think the stock will be manipulated to grow even further.
My strategy will continue to be to set my stop limit sell to 10 dollars below the ask. Fluctuations appear to be plus or minus 6 as it grows. I can collect my profits and move on to smaller stocks.

I invest $1000 it gets me 3 shares of META that goes up $10 over a week.
Profit is $30
I invest $1000 in ASTS it gets me 250 shares and it goes up $0.25 over a week I have made $62.50

Those guys are addicted to calls and puts. I'm a straight investor, not a gambler (at least not degenerate). I come here for the real deal. 20 percent was a tongue in cheek. I'd settle for 8 percent.
I know the technology well. The leadership hasn't delivered to date, and their current target has to be met. We're talking about hard asset equipment, so it's not difficult to monitor progress. They have 2024 to be online with full Stage 1 production or the leadership isn't up to the job. They look to be on schedule, so don't fumble the ball WWR!

AT&T looks to be going low now. Concerns over lead wrapped lines and liabilities concerning that. People seem to think that they will need to spend billions to dig up old lines to remove the lead, but I have other opinions as an environmental consultant. They are at 13, but could go lower based on sentiment. Watch the price and invest at the uptick. This company isn't going away and the costs will be minimal. Investing heavy at the bottom myself.

We post trade ideas and trades we are doing and discuss stocks. We are focused on long term gains thru solid execution. You asking for a "Anyone got a stock under $10 that'll give me a quick 20% pop?" Not really in the mojo of this board. You can play some of the scalps $30K or others post. You can buy some options and easily clear that 20% hurdle if you do it right. So if you've got $1000 and are looking to 10x it over night, we're probably not the place to make that happen.
But let's be clear - we aren't WSB where we post our loss or gain porn or insanely risky trades or try to pump up stocks. You're better off sitting on your hands, reading the thread, asking occasional questions about why this or is this a dravis box and trying to learn that way.
Posted in Telegram, so posting here so all trail members have what we'll be doing. We took call positions in SHOP and BABA yesterday coming off low consolidation and BABA flash below Model T, that included one of my fav "rising w" patterns as we entered.
SHOP $67.82 Premarket. Keep the macro picture front and center. As long as we hold our positions should respond with follow through. Note this tendency to make a follow through breakout day with a reversal into consolidation. With TSLA announcing after the close, this would be something to watch for today. Consolidate today and then TSLA can either shoot us higher tomorrow or go into a multi-day consolidation. The ATR is low and didn't matter last pullback, although as you can see the others were ATR higher. Strategically, smaller traders should be a little more aggressive in securing a higher % of profits on early pops for SHOP and BABA

I was shocked to see this stock go down 99% and recover. My anesthesia colleague rolled the dice at $4.xx.

I'm not going to act like we don't mention stocks that are high risk high return on here. We're definitely not WSB but if you want stocks that move a lot look into FUBO, CLOV, and ELOX.
I'm not guaranteeing that they don't drop 20% or more quickly either. But those all fit your criteria. Good luck. Maybe you can ride the wave because I got CLOV and FUBO for a lot more expensive than you would be getting them for. Oh and SNDL but I got ride of that after the reverse split.

Over the years, how many stocks have you seen go down 99% only to recover and go up 1200% in short term.
That seems like a rare bird. But wouldn't the Model T here suggest we are going back to over $200 on this stock? That just seems improbable.

Toast (TOST) shared in the filing that it "does not expect this decision to have any material impact to its previously announced guidance" for the second quarter or the full year.
Wall Street, however, found the update disappointing, judging by the stock's sharp move lower.
"The financial impact (of the fee sustaining) would have been sizable and some buy-side numbers likely already reflected a potential 7-10% run-rate impact (some were even higher) on gross profit," Bernstein analyst Har****a Rawat wrote in a note to clients. And Toast likely would have seen a "much higher impact" on earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) had it kept the fee, given a "100% margin."

She added that sell-side analysts probably wouldn't have to tweak their estimates as a result of the reversal, but buy-siders might.
"We believe it is still early to assess any long-term reputational damage from the controversial decision (and subsequent withdrawal) to implement the 99-cent fee," she continued. "Toast is often positioned as a champion for restaurants especially in an environment where restaurants often grapple with fees from other third-party platforms."
Shares of Toast have gained 32% so far this year as the S&P 500 has risen 19%.
