Disney investors always lose.
Almost back to pandemic low haha. How can you lose that bad over 3 years and not be a pandemic darling like Zoom or a small/mid cap tech company.

What did I see the other day?

They've lost a billion dollars on their last four big market movies.

Plus the news about the parks being relatively empty this summer.

They are hemorrhaging cash. Otherwise Iger wouldn't be talking about selling something like ESPN off.

Crazy thing is their revenues have increased about 20% since 2019. And their price was 40% higher then.

Goldman had monster volume today. Yeah earnings and all that but monster volume.

Tomorrow is probably a chop day after multiple trend days.

Take it easy and don't lose your ass forcing trades.

That's what I see as well. Another shoulder needs to be formed for a head and shoulders.

Necklines can be diagonal. I don't think DIS will go down much further but that chart looks like crap and there are a lot of trapped buyers much higher. They still offer a good product.

DIS will go much lower. Their brand is decaying. They are removing shows from their streaming platform, they have been caught manipulating numbers to make plus seem more attractive. Theme park lines were the lowest in 10 years. Public sentiment is low. This is not a good time to invest. They will crash much more over the next year.

Bought 200 META at 283. Doing good so far but I don't know the ceiling. Placing stop quote orders at 10 below asking until it peaks.

Got screwed with asts buying 400 shares at 7 a couple days before they announced new shares at 4.35. currently at 4.40, so a short term loss but I definitely think they will get to 10 or higher, but makes my 2,800 investment more long term than I like.

Bought 100 Tsla at 183 and sold at 253, so I made my bank, but still mad I sold too early. Looking to buy in again if it crashes below 150.

Did well on big stocks but looking for stocks 10.00 or below to invest in to maximize % growth.

They can be acquired / merge, they can spin off pieces, and their content library is the best in their industry. They also still make money and their share price is near decade lows. It can go down, but I'm not going to short it.

I don't want to be a dick to new posters on this thread, but generally, the best time to buy is when people hate things and count them out.

There are so many companies that were left for dead that came back.

It's like everyone saying Budweiser / in bev is going out of business. LMAO. I'm buying it for long term holds after earnings.

I don't want to be a dick to old posters on this thread, but the best time to make money is knowing when small stocks are going to make moves. You invest 25k at 250 a share on a big company and it moves 10 points you get 1000.

You invest the same 25k in a smaller company at 25 a share and it moves 2.5 points you get the same return.

Not to mention you can look at cyclical stocks like Rblx and clean up on stop quotes and limit orders.

Not even talking shorts or puts.

world is down by all metrics, so is universal Orlando. Land is relatively normal in part because it was closed for a year longer. More demand.

Yeah if you just type in Disney Parks in google, "attendance down" is the 2nd item and there are a lot of articles about it.

As a DVC person, I'm ok with that though, less lines = more fun for my family
