Seems like we have been having these rallies at end of week the last several weeks. Wondering if we take a bath Monday.
Profit takers hit at 1PM on the button. Really, these program traders need to get off the round numbers.
I don't expect any big moves upward and could slip to Model T on the day, which would have bears yelling spinning top. If bullish you don't want to see Model T hit on the intraday.

The number of active U.S. rigs drilling for oil fell by 15 to 555 this week, marking the fifth straight week of declines and the lowest figure since April 2022. (Source: Baker Hughes Company)
HSBC Analyst telling Bloomberg that OPEC June 4th meeting will not announce a cut in crude production as the H2 shortage will be too much for the world to handle. OPEC must produce to keep the shortage under control. The only thing I agree with in that sentence is "H2 shortage". $10 per gallon gasoline, give it to me.....and $100 crude. XOM breakeven is something like $40 (or less) per barrel. At $100 crude XOM can show the Fed how to print money.

I almost feel bad for SAP at this point.
Their products are so ubiquitously used, but they are absolute s-h-i-t. The most interesting thing to me about SAP is that there is a distinct type of IT person that works on SAP that I'll refer to as an "SAP guy". These SAP guys are just different, and while I can speak their language, I just do not give a f-u-c-k about the SAP HANA v 20.0 or whatever version they're on. I have fought many battles with these types trying to use SAP for things it's not intended for. I would rather shoot myself than work for SAP.
Anyway, let me know which vendor you want me to insult next.

look. I am a process engineer. I went through an SAP implementation at an OEM. I love the SAP T-code system. I love the inherent work flow. Get an order, enter the sales order and generate engineering work request. Engineering use those to create materials, BOMs, and attach documents - all revision controlled. Material is loaded to manufacturing point and demand is created for said materials with all engineered documents to build item in one place. Engineering makes a change, new revision is automatically pushed to the manufacturer. Need a part, let me look across all points of manufacture and see stock. Actually, I met a fellow from San Marco's back in the 70's and I was a pup. He had a fake business card. On the back was printed "My Expertise". There were six bullet points and these are the only 3 I remember. I was dying laughing and didnt take time to memorize the others. Great times.

First world problem: so I do these online surveys for firms like GLG and NewtonX and they often want to pay with prepaid gift cards, like $35 or $50 each. I am finding it annoying to try to actually use them.
