I love how SAVA leadership and their attorney's are managing this class action suit. Remy said they would go after justice. There's a number of medical doctors and attorneys that are sweating and now "they" want the case thrown out! "They" don't want discovery. Ha! Ha! Don't know what they were thinking when "they" started this fight. Discovery would blow the top off who is instrumental behind the scenes of the short selling and negative info campaign. I love it. This would be pretty severe and Remy says they are going through with it. Love it, just love it. When the Texas District Circuit Judge dismisses the claims, it's game on. I do think the claims get dismissed....Maybe already happened. I haven't checked in last couple of days. CUNY will finish their investigation on the doctor researcher and I'm pretty certain that one gets tossed or at least CUNY says the guy is not a crook or a cheat. When the TX court dismisses or when CUNY responds positively, SAVA pops to $70 in a flash. This is a real short seller nightmare. Humor for me on the nights I get to keep up with the saga. Otherwise, the big move won't come until the end of this year, JMO.

Market is putting big emphasis on non farm payroll this month. Goldman thinks it will drive up to a +/- 4% move based on how hot the number is.

If this is true, we probably don't have much range today.

I do not like premarket moves like this. Your first inclination would be to fade the impulse move but it's held 3995 for over 30 minutes. Have to wait and see how RTH handles the move.

Did WWR options go wild? I had sold 10 Jan 24, 2.5 calls. They popped today to 1.90 and says I'm down 500%. I do own the underlying stock, but my account balance has decreased significantly.

Edit: Seemed to have gone back to normal.

This is common for low volume options. Not many buyers and sellers and the sellers can ask whatever they want. Usually balances out throughout the day but you should expect this to continue with long dated WWR contracts.

AMT model-T to the exact penny this morning. The odd thing is that the 4/14 $210c (called out by OA) only maxed out at $2.40 when they were going for $2.75 yesterday. I get there is theta decay, but these are 43DTE and the high today was 50cents higher. Just lack of volume/liquidity today I guess.

I have a chart showing either today or tomorrow top of channel at SPY 403.
Can anyone confirm this on their charts?

Planning to buy puts (393~395 range) through next Friday if it gets near that number.
I'm certainly not the best with creating charts and lines.
