But by my analysis your go-to is actually EWSB:
That could be a recently completed buy order, and his option is not pictured and almost expired.

.75 right nowperma Brew doomster said:wait til tomorrow, they'll be even more on sale then. Watch the close, but this type of move could continue into tomorrow a.m.wanderer said:
FYI: These calls are on sale, half the price of what they were at the time of the tweet (1.35 vs .70)$CPRI oversold and seeing volume in March 17 $55 strikes. Band move would pay well on those.

at this rate, it'll probably hit $120 today too...Boy Named Sue said:
And, when the tax man (my Dad) comes over he drinks the EWSB.
Anybody think XOM hits $119 today?

Nice cup and handle on ZIM?
Has some big overhead resistance from 23-23.42, then a gap to fill up to 25.40ish.
I think my position is down 46%

Okay, now that we've had fun. Any serious commentary one way or the other?
I think most people think Amazon for online furniture but if you're looking for better quality you end up at Wayfair (online shoppers).
As for the stock, I'm curious at $52 since it recently shore up from high 40's to mid 70's and now back to 52.

I'd wait until it's back in the 30s

Oh no Farmer….is that your form of tempting me? First it's our mutual love for the finer hats in life and now you're upping the game to bourbon.
That's all I need is a new hobby.
Yep thats a daily view. I use the EMAs but I know those who use MA and SMA. Trading wise I like the EMAs especially if you are a scalper or swing trader. But you can use either just find your methods and systems.bmoochie said:
This is on the daily right? And refresh my memory, which lines are crossing?
Secondly while I have you I'm curious on if you (or anyone for that matter) use primarily EMA or SMA. I was talking with a buddy today about it. He was using EMA and I was on SMA so we were seeing different 8/21 crosses. So I didn't know if we should favor one or the other?
Thanks in advance!

I just secured a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle 15 Year. Delivery December 2023. It will be one of the college graduation gifts for our son...in 3 years(he should be on-time).
I have 2 bottles of Blanton's that will be to me in 2 to 4 weeks. Just the regular bottle, not the specialty stuff.
I'm on a "maybe" list for a bottle of Eagle Rare 17 Year for December 2023 delivery.
Last, I'm trying to weasel my way back into a bottle of Old Forester's Birthday Bourbon. This one is tricky and not sure I can get it done. It was flashed before my eyes and offered to me last Friday. I didn't even know what the hell I was looking at (I'm a cognac guy) so I passed.
I got an Eagle Rare 10 Year and a Buffalo Trace Single Barrel last week.
I'm done, that will be my collection. Whatever from this list gets in my hand will be it. ..... That is of course, until it's time to refill!

The 50 is crossing the 200 which would be known as Golden Cross. I alerted to the Death Cross a few days before it crossed and then after/at which was followed by the market tank last year. Death Cross = Bearish. Golden Cross = Bullish.
Nothing is guaranteed but typically that would be a confirming bullish reversal of the trend.

How many times do I have to say XOM is the most forgiving stock you'll ever own/encounter, it runs to ER,....it runs to Ex-Div,...it runs to Payout...and it runs a little after Payout. And, the other Rule is, it runs until it doesn't.. Good luck. XOM has a better than 50/50 shot at $120 next week. Ex-Eff Day is 2/13, so you have to buy XOM by or on 2/12 to collect the dividend.Boy Named Sue said:
May be a FOMO move but I bought XOM 2/10 117C at open for .60
Sold half at .90. Gonna let the rest ride through lunch and see what it does this afternoon.
I communicated to this board waayyyy earlier that someone was buying massive amounts of crude oil Futures in both WTI & Brent....everyday....at 225pm....for a couple months....observe the 5 minute volume....it's the largest daily trade by far against anything else....thousands of contracts. I don't know who this is, but it's the most blatant, intentional, brash move I have ever witnessed in my life and my life was spent in commodities over 35 years. There is no hiding it and whoever it is doesn't care. This morning, that Long is smiling and will continue to smile for months to come. I'm thinking it's the U.S. Gov't because they can't source oil to buy for the SPR and they decided to hedge their physical Short. If it's not the U.S. Gov't, could be Russia. If not either of those, it's a hell of a set of brass balls about the size of South America.
I was recently introduced to a new hobby taking my time...and money (thanks to ProgN) bourbon collecting. One (1) degree when I got up this morning. I'm doing my best to burn the NatGas Long out there.. $10 gallon gasoline, give it to me. Y'all have fun.
I'm looking at the 5 Minute Volume at 2:25pmET / 1:25pmCT, on Globex that is 6pm to 5pm. If NYMEX is settling at 2:25pmET and posting, than I am 100% wrong. Thank you for pointing that out and getting the correct info posted. Shoot, so much for US or Russia putting on a Long. Dang it. I apologize to this thread for any confusion. I'll stick to corn, soybeans and bourbon and focus on NYMEX only.Quote:
Are you watching the tape on this, or just looking at volume? Crude futures settle at that NY time, so you always see highest volume of the day for settlement.
