Ended up selling all but a runner today. My new year's resolution is to sell quicker and more often. Red or green.

Should out to Ron Walker. Gave me confidence to heavy up on short position. I also followed OA's Model T. A quick flash above 393 area. I got done with surgery when it was in 391-92 area. And I went in pretty big. With follow through continuing, I added to the short position. Expecting follow through here and I'm in with 380P out to 1/27.

Love it. I took the 1/27 strike but like where your head's at!

Can we discuss GOLD again? Looks like it's retested about 50% with reversal candles over last couple days. Do we think GOLD continues higher?

Trying to determine if to sell hard gold at this time?

I don't know. CPI will be a catalyst of some kind. I think this is still bullish as long as the 3895 level holds on e-mini.

Nearly a solid month of range.

My 349 alert went off this morning... I was too busy, but wish I had shorted like my plan was to do. Seems like this will be a big move when it happens...

Got a volume gap above and below the darvas box...

Upside break sees 360-365 fairly quick...


The downside break though... not as thin as the upside break with the gap... but could hit 300 in a hurry.

In my opinion the breakout was 3870 on Friday. Today it's retracing some of the upward action. The breakout is still valid but it did lose some momentum and we are back to where we opened. Let's see what happens from here.
