Weird day at the moment. MSFT is diving. AAPL is green. Now AMZN is diving along with everything.

One counter to this is that Inflation may be falling in alot of sectors - but Housing is data lagged by 8ish months or so. So there is a very real chance the inflation print pops solely due to the crazy rent and home price growth we saw at the end of last year and the beginning of this year.Ranger222 said:

For example - Rent growth has been over 20% for last year in DFW and home price appreciation was very similar. I think that would be hard to cover on the CPI print.

I made a little on TSLA puts, but missed the bottom because I was on the road. I think the market actively monitors when I'm in a meeting or on the road these days. I never knew I was so important.
383 and 3840 for SPY & SPX have seen solid support today. On the flip side they are struggling mightily with 384 & 3850.

I got in some TSLA 700C a few minutes ago. A run up to the top of the intraday channel would do it for me.

Scalped some more TSLA 700C just now. VIX is at the top of the downward channel it's been it. SPX is reaching the top of it's intraday channel. Something's got to give.

SPX coming off the top of the channel. Will is bounce at the midpoint or continue on down? Also I know charting VIX is usually not helpful, but it broke out of that downtrend it's been in since this morning. I got back into TSLA 710P. Right now trending water.
Based on everything we're reading about travel issues around the globe, you wouldn't expect to see big jumps like that. The stock market sucks lol
