May 16 (Reuters) - The amount of crude oil in the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) dropped by 5 million barrels in the week to May 13, data from the U.S. Department of Energy. The Strategic Petroleum Reserve fell to 538 million barrels, the lowest since 1987.

CVX - Sold $182.50 5/27 Calls @ $1.00. If the share spread between CVX and XOM holds and CVX moves to $182.50, then XOM should be near $100 per share on 5/27. I'm not confident this will happen. I think I just made $1.00.

If XOM can move to mid 90's, I'm looking at selling $95 8/16 19 Calls @ $5.00+. I missed this move today.

I still think we follow this downward channel on the hourly (that just keeps confirming) until ukraine resolves and/or the fed resumes the buying spree

As an accountability thing. I'm going to attempt to post my p&l from every day in here. I have gotten so much better at trying to pile up base hits but I've had a few relapses over the last few weeks.

I think the fear of posting a bad p&l for all to see will keep me from sizing up and holding losers. My biggest weakness that has improved a lot, but still has a tendency to creep in.

Anyways. Here's today. All QQQ 0 or 2 DTE.
