Have you mentioned how you decide between spy and xsp? Are you going spy here for the liquidity as a trade, where you'd do xsp if you intend to let it settle?

On 0 DTE days, I'm going to trade SPX or XSP given some of you all can't make 0 DTE trades with SPY. On non expiration days, I'm going to use SPY for liquidity. The cash settlement part is a good bonus!Charismatic Megafauna said:

Just kidding. At the first of the year he started with a $50k account and shares trades in order to educate the board. He has graciously posted all of his entries/exits and methodically shown multiple different ways to make a buck. He's been nailing it.

I would not consider it for medium term trades and it's definitely a declining value long term.

thanks to wanderer's comment further up, I have a little more context now for why 30k makes these posts, but I am not savvy enough about puts/calls, much less the lingo 30k used to describe this kind of play, to make any sense out of it. how does the math work such that the risk is $60?
