Maybe. I think the important thing here is that everyone should own crypto. But I don't think it should exceed 10% of your portfolio.
An observation, I drive by Dutch Bros (BROS) every day and it's always crowded. I looked at the chart, and well, it's got a good base. I think I'm willing to go long on this and hold through pain.

I think they're up to 4 stores in the BCS area with a 5th going in on University just before the intersection with Texas. All of this since 2020.
They've expanded to central Texas successfully as well.

Here's the thing about their operations: I don't know a single person that's ever been inside one. Chick-fil-a drive through efficiency with minimal inside dining to operate. I assume that's a good recipe to expand given the commercial real estate context today.
Dang Bitcoin down 5% not a good sign for the markets. Monday being closed might be a blessing .

Wow, so you still expect another big recovery here before economy/inflation/whatever finally catches up to us? That's interesting. If we close a day back over 4600, the h&s is broken so I would have thought we'd be headed back to ATH. I'm more short-term bearish though and am preparing for possiblity of a red week next week.
I think volatility this week, possibly sub 4300, then a rally to suck everyone in long….

Definitely. I do think it's interesting to ponder the potential market moves, though, and to come up with scenarios off of that. As long as I don't jump the gun based on expectations, it helps me to have preconceived scenarios, so I preplan which stocks or ETFs I would focus on and shares vs option strategies I might use if that scenario happens.

4320 on e-mini were Friday's lows. So if I'm game planning:
1) above 4320 may go for 4370, then 4400. 4370 was Fridays high after the puke.
2) below that, probably a test of that 4280. We get below that, I think we are gunning for the high 4100s.
The surprise scenario for me is closing above 4450.

I think too if you want to swing it and are not in it, wait. ETH broke a major trend line not long ago and BTC has a big H&S going back to last July. Dopamine sells. It tastes good and makes people feel good like they're treating themselves.
I'm weird I guess because I don't really like coffee and maybe have like 3 cups in a year. I do take a Vivarin when my alarm goes off every morning but I don't like drinking hot liquids except for soups.
I drink 3-4 or more cups a day! I love coffee.

Honestly it'd be better to get it over with and rip the band-aid off. The market hates uncertainty and it'll remain weak until it either happens or it doesn't. If Russia is going to invade, then get on with it.gougler08 said:

I had to give up caffeine, jacks with my sleep, even small amounts. I used to race with it some too, great for cadence. I still drink decaf (there's one blend in particular I like) Buzz Off Decaf here in B/CS.Ragoo said:

I've never felt better though energy wise (all day energy). Back when I was on the espresso, I'd have to hit another one in the afternoon to avoid the after lunch lull.
