Certainly feels like a real possibility, but man that would almost have the opposite effect. Big tech censorship is already a hot button issue, I think Apple will try and stay out of the limelight after seeing Zuck get matched in front of Congress. They don't need that drama

I've added to some 2/18 SPY, SPX, and TSLA butterflies targeting their max pain. Everything at lotto size now and I'll be quick to go net free using sell orders and leave runners. I also added a few VIX $24P for next Wednesday. Also setting sell orders for net free plus a runner or two. Small portion sizes, but I feel relatively confident we get back up towards those Max pain ranges at some point this week.

TTD with a pretty strong reversal...lets just get her back to $90 where she belongs and we will pretend this dip never happened.
what a move by TTD! big boys just shaking the tree, lol. I noticed the put volume dissppearing on reversal and premiums on puts dry up.

My wife and I arrived for induction at midnight as an open spot came up at the hospital. They even took our picture as we are the first couple to use a new wing of the labor and delivery.
Can't wait to meet my first born!

The WWR put selling fiasco. Yes, I remember that one well. It wasn't a huge percentage loss, but failure in portion sizing strategery.

I usually agree w OA - but this take is missing some project finance nuance IMO. WWR is going to have debt, and soon. They keep saying $198-$202MM to build the upgrader. $115MM cash on hand. Where does the $83MM+ (assume they don't use up all their cash to keep working cap) funding come from?
12/31/21 they have $47MM remaining w/Cantor ATM agreement to sell equity. So at least $40MM to go. Ouch for equity holders if they have to use it all.
Debt will enter the equation at some point, cost will likely be high as they don't have large sales commitments yet and no (zero) other business to cover it.
IMO you gotta conservatively assume they obtain a debt facility w covenants to sweep the most of expected (2024+) $24MM in project FCF to pay off high cost principal, leaving little to nothing for equity holders for a while.
Might be missing something here but I think it's still a long road ahead for WWR.
ETA: this says nothing about future (10+ yr) valuations of WWR after they get off the ground, get the plant commissioned, and find their customer base. Great potential especially once they can assign some value to the Coosa mine reserves of graphite. Was simply a commentary on the "0" debt thing.
