Sorry, yeah the stories were all small operators and providers, never the majors or SLB/HALs
safe to assume when you have a bunch of Aggies in the room, the O&G segment will be fairly represented.

I should have faded that SPY dip down to $446, That's been a decent scalp the last few trading days.

We're not SLB/HAL big. In some instances those guys are so big that they're the ones pushing around the operators.

Couple quick hits
If you're holding T and watching a noticeable downward trend (except this morning). Just know that YTD, T has out performed SPX. True, only ~40 days into the year, but there's that. Or as they say, a moral victory.
And, for you smokers, or soon to be smokers, BTI is up nicely this morning at $44.12/+$0.55.
Took on some XOM yesterday and today I'm taking on water. Timing.. Trying to help you O&G guys out.
Last, consider OMF if it gets back to the $49 to $51 range as a buy and hold.
Defensive portfolio's should do fine. But,....Fed ain't gonna raise no rates..

If $JPM can get through the resistance at $158 there is a huge earning gap all the way back up to $168 with some stops at $162 & $164 along the way
