Definitely better positioned from the last go around on this. Most stuff down 1-2.5% at most but generally holding serve. I learned my "Beta" lesson not a moment too soon.

Blood in the streets, wonder how this impacts spending going forward? May not need to be as harsh on interest rates as FED thought maybe 3 weeks ago.

I do think there are some buys on semis right now as they are getting drug down with the fluffy tech stuff

I wish I had that kind of information.

There will be algos for both buy and sell. I suspect that little blip in strength were some algos buying quality stocks that hit a certain downside price level. FAANG + MSFT + TSLA makes up 25% of the S&P. A couple of buy programs execute on one or two of those and that can overshadow the selling. MSFT had someone come out with positive comments and a $300 price target. Could have been a reaction to that.
