My family has some farm land 20 miles to the N-NE of Taylor and 20 miles east of Jarrell/Salado and we are starting to see some of the old family places that have been split for the younger generations starting to transact at some higher prices then historically warranted
Ive started a personal fund to make sure I can buy my brothers out if the nuckle heads decide to try and split up our family land down the line and keep it all together

I jumped in AAPL $165C weekly. I think it could reclaim that level from yesterday by expiry.

Full disclosure, got the play from a room I'm testing out. Guy gave the gameplan in the AM pre-market and then I just executed based on what I was seeing.

By far my biggest gripe with being in PS60's webinar. The newbs that just want to be told when to buy and sell. No effort. If you're going to join a trading room, don't just expect to be handed entries and exits. Actually do some work and learn.

Keying off the earlier post of Disney buying 800 acres Salado/Jarrell. I guess the "bigger" rumor is Disney having bought the Solana Hunting Ranch, Salado, TX at 9,000 acres for $13 million. I do not know if this has any truth to it.

Regarding your personal fund,....better grow it quick. Pre-May 2020 you could buy pretty much anything in my hometown county from $1,800 to $3,500. A 100 acre parcel sold a couple months back at $10,000/ac. We are "looking" at listing our estate farm at $27,000 per acre and that's yet to be determined. All I can say is, grow your fund if you have those intentions.

IWM lower target is $229.70. Will exit puts as it approaches. Might leave a runner for potential of high $228's to low $229's.
