GILD has now completed a micro 5-up (becomes our wave 1 of a larger degree 5th wave that we're in) and an a-b-c down (becomes our wave 2) hitting off the 61.8% retracement fib of the wave 1. This was the first confirmation upward coming off the ending diagonal wave 4 we just spent 1.5 weeks in. The next move should be decently impulsive over $73.

Going back to the June gap fill it's back at that price point for the fifth time. Has failed each time previously, but if it goes it's got room to 175 area.

I doubled my shares (at a higher cost than the first set) and sold two ITM calls against the previous shares to lock in some dinero.

Remember, mid to long term here..

AMD needs to clear $114.50 and keep going.. ideally to $117 to signal that the 8/19 $101.60 was the bottom. And we ultimately need to take out the $122.49 Aug 4 high to be 100% sure.

To me, it looks like we're going back down to test that $101 level again.

Either way, I think AMD sets a new high by March of next year. It's just a matter of how quickly it does it and what structure it takes to get there.
