My view is that it's a great look that big label Institutional wants to take the offering at the money, but doing an equity deal here to raise cash works against shareholder value. The good news is that if both of those continue to buy (we'll see where Q4 %'s land), we'll see price continue to improve as others follow suit. Vanguard/Blackrock not wrong very often and smaller funds will follow suit if it starts to pay.

Definitely need to look at updates to price targets though with the equity dilution, that spike to $15-$20 with production at the upgrader coming online likely needs to be lowered. My two cents

I am getting really concerned with the number of brand new accounts posting on this thread. They've seemed to be posting very bearish sentiment on stocks some on this board are long in. Almost seems like an orchestrated attempt to sour people on certain stocks. It's a shame because this thread and board had been very helpful. I'd hate to see it become stocktwits.

Not sure who you're talking about, but posting information about filings the companies themselves are posting to the Securities Exchange Commission should not come across as bearish fear mongering....if that is what you're getting at.

There was Chinabot futureman and one other that were definitely bearish on specific stocks and they were the first posts of those accounts. As someone else said, may be that it represents the state of market or the state of retail investors right now. Or maybe I picked the wrong week to stop sniffing glue?
