Thanks austinAG90. Always appreciate your posts past what we see in charts.austinAG90 said:
Kansas City Fed Shifts Jackson Hole Symposium to Virtual Event
While Powell may say something we doubt it. He will kick the can down the road. Does this make Jackson Hole less important? It makes it IRRELEVANT take the week off
Much more relevant for bonds versus equities....

WWR trading at its cash balance now, so market values rest of business at 0.
Theyyre burning about about $5M cash each quarter and their cost are increasing. With added shares and no pending news until later this year, could continue falling to 2s
Very glad you posted this. "He will kick the can down the road". I agree.austinAG90 said:

I bought another 150 shares today toward the close $104. Not sure I want to trade them, but I justified in my mind I would.BREwmaster said:in! thanks brother.$30,000 Millionaire said:you don't want to miss this guys.$30,000 Millionaire said:

any opinion on SAVA? (when you get to charting). It's kind of in no man's land IMO, above all ema's. August though looks like a H&S. Premiums are gravy on this thing, sold a 150C last week for 6.00, up bigly on it now.
I'm not the best one to answer this, but I would think so. Are these naked or against shares held? $70 you might still end up with the shares, but probably safe. Although if you're okay with assignment (which I would be at that price) go for it. and wait for our little market pullback next week and they should fetch a mint!AG 2000' said:Think early Sept. $70Ps would be safe to sell?$30,000 Millionaire said:Diamond top, actually.BREwmaster said:in! thanks brother.$30,000 Millionaire said:you don't want to miss this guys.$30,000 Millionaire said:

You know what to do based on how this plays out. This is gonna sound effed up, the measured move if the diamond fails is $90. I'd just shoot for $80.

This is not a shelf registration. This is a shelf takedown, or offering, of the shelf filed on June 2021, which has a total offering capacity of $150 milly. Note, that today's filing was a 424B5 (not an S-1 or S-3). As previously stated, it is an At-the-market offering, so shares will be sold on the open market to raise more cash. I would not be surprised if there is some news in the near future to pump up the stock and use it as an opportunity to sell the shares at this higher mark. If you do see an uptick, I would not expect it to hold for higher until they stop diluting shares. Just the reality of the situation.valverde03 said:
This is a shelf registration, not a new offering. A company with that much cash and not debt is not raising money for SG&A. Conventional debt would be cheaper, but the money raised is for growth, so that should be encouraging
