Here's my play to get out of the nightmare that PROG has become.
Since the news was an offering at $1.00 per share, I do believe it gets back to and above $1.00. So I will monitor next week and once I feel a bottom is in I will buy enough shares to where selling at $1.00 gets me back to square on my total position.
I have 100 shares at $3.5 basis.
Goal is to buy 850 shares at $.70 or less and then sell all at $1.00.

Thoughts on $DLO? I run a stock screener looking for inverse hammers and hammers trying to find good stocks to swing trade. I grabbed a couple puts at close. This looks like it's due to crash next week. Am I missing anything?

Maybe wait until Monday and sell a few put spreads?
This is a shelf registration, not a new offering. A company with that much cash and not debt is not raising money for SG&A. Conventional debt would be cheaper, but the money raised is for growth, so that should be encouraging

For me,...
I think Kaplan got an ear full from Powell after he mentioned October tapering.
Thereafter, the market took a hit.
Employment number came out in a supporting way to allow Kaplan to re-state his position saving face today that he would "rethink" his October tapering stance.
Thereafter, the market recovered today.
All the above tells me this is bullish equities for the rest of 2021. Can't beat the FED. I think August will finish choppy and some doggy. Moving forward, my set of horns is back on my head and I'll be getting long(er).
And,...I'll go as far as, the governing party can't have all the administration mishaps and expect to regain control after the mid-terms. Powell should do the right thing and taper & raise rates causing the market to set back; however, that's another negative and I believe he'll be coached to hold off. Too much negative heading to mid-terms so JPowell will just have to wait for another point in time to make his move(s)...in 202?.
This isn't political for me, it's just the way I believe U.S. economic policy process is going to roll out and I interpret it as bullish equities, IMHO.

You know what to do based on how this plays out. This is gonna sound effed up, the measured move if the diamond fails is $90. I'd just shoot for $80.

On WWR, it's a $50 milly offering. So assuming it's an at the market agreement, $50 milly divided by about 3.5 is roughly 14-15 million more shares. I think the current O/S count is 34 million so diluting almost 50% of the company. Yeah, frustrating if you're long.

This is not a shelf registration. This is a shelf takedown, or offering, of the shelf filed on June 2021, which has a total offering capacity of $150 milly. Note, that today's filing was a 424B5 (not an S-1 or S-3). As previously stated, it is an At-the-market offering, so shares will be sold on the open market to raise more cash. I would not be surprised if there is some news in the near future to pump up the stock and use it as an opportunity to sell the shares at this higher mark. If you do see an uptick, I would not expect it to hold for higher until they stop diluting shares. Just the reality of the situation.valverde03 said:

OA has been very good about navigating through muddy waters. He has been persistent with his plays.
I will also say he has been silent on here. His Twitter said "there will be a shake/squeeze down before the pop." I continue to buy because I believe that this infrastructure bill will take us. The only worry is the dilution that is happening.
The main thing I would love for him to address. I have witnessed some very good plays but do think dilution should at least be addressed even as a training mechanism.
