Red, red day for me. Worst in a long while.

Back to 10 smaller sized scalp trades no losers. 4 for 4 since. Rest will have to come tomorrow or I start over back to 0 for 10.

my Aurora R12 was shipped back to Dell recently
- repairs. the tech couldn't fix it locally

Exited fully. Didn't like the 2 day daily candles forming and 285 may be in the cards (21 EMA approx). Unless it gets some juice into close it will be below the 12EMA. Theta would be crushing.

Can buy back in with lower strike with reversal.

I think I should have added something on averaging down. My 2 cents as it relates to options anyway.

More often than not averaging down is not a good recipe. It has worked but not often. If SRs and the trend have failed then the trade becomes broken.

If I would have averaged down on MSFT after trading below the prior two days lows today around .60, then again at .50 I would be sitting with an additional 20%+ loss...as of this moment anyway. Theta is about 15% right now heading into tomorrow.

However, I will add on bounces at support but once a level of support is lost that will become significant resistance I try to be disciplined to cut. I went heavier than normal on this one and did add on a bounce at support prior. But when that was lost out I went.

Exactly right and I know we have some in here that vote D so I won't get political, but you need to reevaluate your convictions. If you're in here then you are the target of the socialists.
