Well we made it through the week.

Hope everyone had a good day with the AAPL & PYPL lottos today. They don't always work out but we've had some good ones lately.

This is a weekly view.

So the high since 2012 is about 42.06.
Basically at resistance now going back to Oct 2018.
Outside of one big day in Nov last year volume is declining.
Its been range bound since Feb between 30-35. Possibly consolidation.

IMO I think this will need some sort of catalysts (acquisition, merger, huge growth, etc.) to make any big moves.

Thanks, I have set a point to sell if it gets back close to 32.00 a few days back. I think I have pretty muched milked this one as much as I could. I should have sold a few weeks ago when it was 33.00 but was on vacation and my mind was on other things. Just holding shares.

This thing has been strong since early June. Heck since early 2020. I have played it multiple times and has been a good trade.

So with that though see where it is now. It has had some big moves and finally made it to an important SR.

Been here 4X and hasn't held it yet. Over today's high and probably play to the SRs above.

Its great for weekly options trades and who knows maybe it goes to the moon but its at a point to make a real decision IMO.

first thing is first. I went back to look at SPX and I thought I would explain to you all why I went short besides the daily/weekly being at +3 ATR. It was also because SPX was at the 161.8 fib level and on the weekly chart, SPX has tended to have some trouble with the major fib levels, especially the 100% level. I did not expect it to power through WITHOUT a weekly close underneath it like we say at 100% and 78.6%

Probably got the bounce on the 200EMA you want but....

I think will need some help here.
Below all EMAs except 200
Largest support around 2.46
2.96 may be tough resistance.
Its at -2 ATR
Volume profile doesn't show any gaps to escape into so could have selling pressure all the way back to 3.50

Could be very wrong but probably needs volume to move it through the chatter.

Buy/write maybe?
Risk off at 2.72 if loses here IMO

Part 2 of that. I thought we were getting overbought and I thought we would have more trouble with the 161.8% fib from the recent swing high to swing low. When we closed above the 4330 level, I thought there would be a high probability failure or close below the 161.8% fib. We tested below it twice. Yesterday's action was very bearish and a perfect bear trap for me. When we closed under the 50% fib retracement of the current swing and close to the 161.8 of the swing before that, I thought this was a confluence of factors that would drive us to a mean reversal. Let alone how far above the 8/21 we have been for a long time. Now that we've soared past a full retracement today with a new ATH, I don't see anything stopping us until 4450 - 4500.

I am so upset because this SHOULD have dumped. Now, it is bullish consolidation at ATH. I still think the fed call will show up and I do think a wave down (market moves in waves) has to happen. I am not an Elliot Waver, but they know what they're doing.

If any of you charters want to look at CDNA that would be great. 30K you did it for me a week or two ago and thought it needed to be a little lower. It has fallen, but maybe ready to start back up. Not much volume tho.

one more fib view that I think you'll find interesting. Look where we've had trouble since the blow off top last August. There are no more fib levels above this for a long time. like 5000. We will likely never see below 3600 again without a black swan event.

Bounced the ATR mean yesterday and is +1 close today. Has room.

Great write up and explanation. IMO technically why wouldn't you go short at these levels and technicals.

This is hard trading to me other than just trade short term stuff and what's in front of me that day. Trying to plan longer term has been challenging to me.

$CWH - descending channel. Buy on bullish channel break for a trade, sell puts on touch of bottom of channel or touch of 200 SMA. I think we are near a tradeable long IF the macro markets cooperate (but why wouldn't they? Do we even need to hedge anymore?)

I own a boat load of these shares because I believe in Marcus Lemonis. If you own this sub $30, I would recommend never selling.

$COUP. Not a clean setup IMO at the moment. Maybe take a long on 21 EMA touch with a tight stop below it. I would find this more interesting long if it closed and stayed above the 200. Lots of room to run if it does, though. Downside likely limited at this point.
