This.....the meltup is why you trade options over shares to score while layering puts. Most of the time the call profits greatly outpace the put premium loss into a meltup, but even if I only hold serve as I build a large put position I am a happy camper.

If you have the cash, look at selling the 8/20 100p on SAVA. They're at $27 and if they report at the end of the month like we think, that'll probably just be free money. Do your own DD, but that play looks attractive.

I am about to close out all my short positions except:

  • ASAN July 60P and August 70P
  • QQQ August 360P
  • SPY August 435P

I am going to start with 1 contract trading mid next week until I can make some wins again.

Edit the ASAN July 60P is already at max loss.

Wave iv's usually aim for the 0.764 extension of Waves i&ii. Looks like that could be somewhere around 4,350 if we can get one more leg up here toward 4,380. The wave 4 of the bigger structure after ~4,400 wave v of the micro structure would then take us back to around 4,190-4,270 all depending on how the micro finishes.

Roller Coaster ride of the day is CATV.

Sitting at .018ish and drops to .003ish. I double up at .0035

It rockets back up to .016ish - now it's deciding what to do.

No F'n clue what happened, but I'm sitting WAY prettier than I was.
