last few minutes could have been bulls, also could have been short covering.

Weakness today. Q's closed below yesterday's low. This drop today was larger than needed to go back to the mean and get back inside the mean for normal consolidation. Also the drop was not during the RTH. I wonder what what the dark pool volume was. qqq also never crossed above the hourly 20 sma today, bearish hourly trend. I still think the bulls have more fight. From a Weekly chart I could see a sideways scenario for another two+ weeks that would setup for another bull run.

QQQs dropped from +3.5 to +2 ATR on the daily, SPY dropped from +3 down to +1.

Guessing we roll higher tomorrow now there's some "room" again.

Interesting, I was looking at the 1min chart and saw a big volume candle (buy at the close I guess)

Very disappointed in the bears today, couldn't even take QQQ past the 10dSMA. There was 5 points of space down to the 21dEMA!!! It was there for the taking. Maybe they'll save that for tomorrow, who knows.

I grabbed some Friday based off 30K's +3ATR scan.

If I charted right there's no support / resistance until 22.5 or so. 61.8% fibonacci at 27.21 or so. Currently at 28.89, I'm in 8/20 35Ps.

This lost the 21EMA today, the ATR mean and MT.

I went to Daily, 4 Hour then 1 Hour to check potential SRs.

Their big catalyst falls in between - presenting at the big Alzheimer's conference July 26-30.

Everything is absolutely juiced right now, but what makes sense? Feels like run up continues next week.

Looking at August calls, they top out at $150.

No Alzheimer's drug has ever shown cognitive improvement at nine months, which is what they will be releasing results on at the conference. So this is the mother of all lottos - if they have good data it will be first of its kind and it's going to go absolutely nuclear. So clearly August calls come with more risk than next week's.

Sorry for the stream of consciousness, just curious if anyone has any opinions on spreads coming up. Guess this could include LEAPs too.
