I would just buy more when it drops then work on selling some on way up each time, pocketing a little as you go. Sort of a modified net free approach.

Similar to what some folks on here are doing with dnn and cidm.

MVIS will correct again but you've got time. When people start buying flying ads and it starts really grabbing time on CNBC is when the gig is about up. The price is still right on MVIS for the clown show on Reddit to keep buying with profits from AMC, GME, etc.

ATR on it is at 2.3. The last 2 runs it went to 2.5 before pullback and 3 before pullback. In June though we usually get a good pullback.

Your morning snapshot.



Really pretty flat early here.

Will SPY push through 423 or do we see some chop/consolidation below it?
Qs coming on strong and has room to ATH. Next level is about 337.61 as I see with a quick look.
IWM 235.38 is probably next stop.
SKEW is high....over 151...up here may be prudent for mid and longer term hedges.

Yesterday I hardly traded SPY with its tight action. Spent time scalping options on things with relative strength and working our MAs.. Today I plan to trade what is in front of me...up or down and massage positions where I can.

IMO caution on FOMO or easy to become the next bag holder. Don't be this guy....

Maybe keep an eye on this. I'll probably play this here shortly.

  • Nice move yesterday closing over the 50EMA into resistance.
  • Break 78.78 (better 79) & I think at least to 82 then 87.18ish and possibly MT of 92.04 could be in play.
  • Downtrend breaks with consolidation below resistance.

On CLOV (or any other like this one)

This is just my opinion so not worth much. However....

If you are overexposed to CLOV or any single position similar, I would be using these huge moves to reduce exposure with a decent profit to a healthy portfolio balance and maximize covered calls on at least 50% of the remaining shares. These are great opportunities to reset if you've been feeling burdened or deep red by a couple positions.

If we have a market pullback in the weeks ahead let's not forget many of these will come back down to some degree.

For the first time I have no qualms about being fully covered up on a position. CLOV was one of my biggest losers until today. 1000 shares at $11.70. They are all covered for profit now if called out. Also short qty4 13p's.

You better damn well believe I'm jumping ship with my profits and smiling.

Amen brother. I personally would be covering 80%+ with 6/18 or maybe 7/16 covered calls if I didn't have them sold already. If I was overexposed I would sell some shares with a run up here and take my solid gain home for the week on those shares.

I've been on the wrong end of too much in one position. #NEVERAGAIN

I averaged myself down to 2000 shares @ 9, but I did this in a non-IRA account. I'm actually not sure how to handle it if it zooms to 30 anytime soon from a tax perspective. As in, do I cash out at all after I go net free knowing that a short squeeze spike will pull back?
