Yes it does. I sold $45 call a while ago before timing of earnings was announced. Got $1.05 for it. Watching to buy back before earnings
So I'm stuck where price increase is offsetting decay.

I totally screwed up. I didnt expect SNDL or TLRY to run like this until next week and sold calls for tomorrow a couple days ago for very little....and if they had executed I would have lost my ass, So this morning anticipating continued run, I bought them all back losing quite a bit, and then set new calls at higher strike that would be slightly profitable, only to have the prices drop.
Could really use some continued surge on weed and an AMC-like squeeze on CLOV

So I was in a similar situation with SNDL, sold $1C's for next Friday at $.17. I could continue to watch it run, or make a play. I ended up rolling the 6/11 1c's to 7/9 1.5c's for a credit of .01 each. I'll be more than happy to let them go there if it holds. I'll also be more than happy to keep the shares if we hover between .90 and 1.49....but if we tank back to $.70 I'm going to punch a stuffed dog.

Your cash should go up by the sale proceeds, so the moment the trade posts you should have a net zero between the new cash and the liability.

I checked it every which way and it was sell to open Call for June 11th of 21. Just insane luck it was me that it filled for. Should I feel bad for the other guy?

One of my gym pals was talking about BB this morning and how excited she was that she got in at $8. I quickly educated her on Net-Free holdings and she told me shortly after the gym she went net free.

I'm a bearish lean for next week. I think it's usually mid June that we pullback, but it doesn't have to be exact. VIX is showing signs of life and those seasonal pullbacks are pretty much on cue.

from Foggy on VIX, worth a repost:

"There are psychological levels with VIX. Below 20 is bullish, especially below 18. 20 to 24 is tread lightly, but here a direction is usually chosen quickly. Above 24 and I'm scaling into 20 puts.

My largest win recently was when my VIX alert for 24+ went off. I scaled into 20 puts 2 weeks out. Then as it rose past 26 I dumped a load in. It topped out at 28 and came quickly crashing down below 20, but not before it was a 5 bagger."

I think so. I bought these so long ago based on the goal post method by OA that I don't remember all the specifics on them. Need to do better about writing notes on some of these longer plays.

AMC out at $52 for a 5XBenjamin. There's a gap at $62. I think it fills today. Originally, I didn't think the gap fill would happen today; however, as fast as the $52 fill happened there was a vacuum and the price moved up quickly and is holding support.

If the gap doesn't fill during the day, there should be another dip to 49-to-51-ish. It's risky, but a small position to ride up could be worth it. If the $62 gap fills today, I'm done with this one.

$600 for the day the hard way,...so far. Got lucky on the BB exit earlier today.
