Took FUBO 8/20 17.5C here at 5.25. Small size and saw some good flow to it earlier.

Be very careful doing deals with secondary market bourbon traders. There are a LOT of fakes floating around the bourbon trading market. Up to and including professional grade foil and wax seals that are indistinguishable from the originals. Even if you trust the person you're buying from, you never know who they got it from or how many hands the bottle passed through before they got it. Any one of them could have drank the contents, refilled with Maker Mark, and resealed the bottle before trading it away for something else. Always make sure you know the bottle's history from a trusted source all the way from distributor to your hands.

It's pretty insane actually. Even empty Pappy bottles (and lots of other high end empties) routinely sell online for hundreds of dollars apiece. Scammers buy the empties, fill them with something else, reseal them, and sell them as Pappy, or whatever, for thousands of dollars in profit. It's a dirty world.

that's a big issue with single malt scotch bottles in South America. People will do counterfeit black label down there. Most of the time the crap they put in there can make you sick.

Bars and restaurants will remove the labels and or destroy the bottles when done with them to try and prevent this.
