Buyers will come back to life and rally this thing before it's over today. Fridays start strong, fade, go sluggish and then stair-step up until folks see it's not coming down for the rest of the session. Friday's have been ending on an upward note, mostly. I have more Calls I want to sell into the strength. Just waiting..

I feel like as a renter, I am winning right now during all of this ***** I've got the money to buy a place and had planned to this year, but I'm not hopping into the hottest seller's market in the last 20yrs.

I think there is something that takes place in the fade and sluggish hours/minutes where positions are forced out of weak hands, or head-fakes, or squaring up in the Options arena and then whatever needs to be done in the finish-to-the-close is completed with strength & power.
