Just bought the mini dip (monthly half position) down at 1.42 after getting harassing texts from Mrs. 59 about why I haven't transferred yet.

I have been keeping eye on it. Does appear to be strengthening. I will probably give it another day or two before a jump in some calls

I've got too much NIO as an alt. But I'd think it is a clear hold right now. Maybe starter position if looking long term. Needs to reclaim 660 to run back to ATH and up on to 1000. Could be good for a trade right now back to 650-660 area. Vertical call spread 600/650 or so may be worth looking at...
If this post is on the B&I forum, lighten up it's just money!

Disclaimer: I'm not that smart.

After 605 confirmation I'll play weeklies to 630 and possibly June 650s.

Is it the consensus of the board that a larger correction is right around the corner? As in the next few weeks?

If I remember right, 30K was thinking June time frame which IS almost upon us.

Thanks.

I was thinking ladder into $5 wide calls spreads over the next two weeks. Maybe take a flyer on a June 700c

I am playing to the bullish side now and think much will be known at 423 should we get there.

Double top or continuation is my question.

I don't know about recovery, but my last remaining 575/600/625 fly will be nice today!

Anyone else get hit with a mandatory reorganization fee for ontx?
I had 100 net free shares that were bought originally at $0.38
This morning had fee of $38 and now 6 shares. I know the shares change is from the reverse split and still at same value but the fee certainly sucks

If you're a technical trader, you have to have a bullish bias for tech over the next few weeks no matter what the clown show finance media and click bait news cycle is telling you...

Canadian dollar and Aussie dollar too I think?

I "lost" 10 old shares in the reverse split and don't see anything in my transactions, so effectively ~ $7. This is in TDA.

You still in CIDM? Looks like a giant wedge going back to February.

I haven't seen anything, not yet anyway. Did you get an email notification on this, or you are just seeing this in the account activity?

I sold my last trading block to get more net free so I have only all my net free shares at the moment.
For the most part higher lows other than flashes so keeping an eye on it to break a downtrend line.

$1.37 has been pretty tough for it to hold.

Same in Fidelity. I thought the reverse split was voted down.

You don't lose anything. They convert whole shares at the RS ratio and the remainder gets liquidated at closing price. You should have $7.30 in your account.

The R/S is there in the history, but not the balance of the 10 left over shares.

So basically ontx is in the .68 range pre split. What a butt kicking to start the day... They must not have used my vote against the split.

Not speaking for $30K, but I think he posted - by, or before, the end of June.

Thinking about setting limit sell at $10 for all ONTX shares. They're all net free anyway. Everyone expects this to drop right? New price target was $4 the other day.

I'm curious on opinion from OA, 30k, FJ, McGinnis, and others on the upcoming expected pullbacks effect on stocks like WWR, CLOV, FUBO, TLRY and SNDL.
If we get a major pullback like 25-30% will those stocks follow suit or are they already mostly bottomed out?
The the DJIA drops 20%, or more, that's a market trend change to Bearish. The 20%, or greater, correction, drop, pullback, flush, whatever you want to call it, has been a market trend changer for close to eternity. It's a Rule of Thumb, as certain as death and taxes. I have the history on this around my desk someplace. (From FJ43's picture this morning, his desk setup looks Jetson space-age clean, mine is a cluster) Let's just say, I'm not aware of a 20% drop in the last 100 years that hasn't been a market trend changer. If I can find those dates & years, I'll post. (This data is compiled on drops based on market close, not Intra-Day moves)

Bottom line,...if the overall market drops 20%, we got a whole set of new issues.

Y'all, if you're looking for a good 20 min education each morning with ability to ask questions, I'm going to highly recommend "Charts and Coffee" with SimplerTrading's Raghee Horner. It's free on youtube each day from 8A-8:20CST

You're not getting ideas and plays like you might on the Redler 630club, but just general information and ability to get your questions asked by an experienced individual.

Just and FYI

That's today's link, and you can subscribe, or set reminder, or just search "charts and coffee May 21" or wahtever today's date is to get the daily link.
