One problem is that green volume at the end isn't what you'd like it to be if this is truly a reversal.

I'm think it has to do with the auto/machinery manufacturers and their supply chain issues. Can't build the vehicles/machinery without raw materials, can't build infrastructure without vehicles/machinery. Just to name a few issues, seems like multiple supply chains are becoming stressed after covid.
