This should give a boost to CoWorking and Executive Suites as well. Just cause people work remote doesn't mean they have to work at home around their kids and such. Curious to see what kind of reimbursement these remote workers are getting for setting up their workspace

CRM too. They're very much entrenched in the remote work lifestyle and acquiring WORK gave them an added footprint.

You can probably snag it for closer to 12.25 if you hold off a couple days. It is testing the 10DMA right now and if it gives that up, should see 12.25-12.30

portfolio is down about 5% so far today....
I imagine that after tomorrow it will likely fall another 5-10%

probably should have sold some positions yesterday to have cash to buy in lower but i had to take care of my cows and didnt get a chance when prices were within my targets. good lessons to learn.

I always seem to jump on exiting a day early before a huge runup, and then when i dont exit expecting the runup it falls...lol. I think i need to find better indicators.....I have been watching RSI a lot both in 1 min and 30 min to try and get a feel of momentum.

surprisingly little. I have a few family members who work for two of the MNO tech companies. Once is getting slight compensation for increased utility usage (on the plain of $300 a year for internet and electricity increases) and other others are getting.... zilch, nada, nuhuh, nope, 'scotty no', ain't happening. What will be telling is when they, or their co-workers, start seeing opportunities with any form of remote worker benefit.
My house has the second category, but she loves her job (sorry, no rule one), her immediate manager, and co-workers so she will stay put for now. Now, if she has enough benefits thrown at her by another software engineering department who knows what she will decide.
