I've been watching Tesla as well. I am new to watching charts but trying to pick out some things. In this picture if using the darvas method I guess you wouldn't enter until it broke above 715 ish ? But also looks like an ascending triangle.

That is the 5 day chart, should I be using something different?

I've found some of my best plays come from jumping on the audible news and then monitoring closely. This one isn't taking off, but it's just one of many that I'll take a chance on. $1 stock, news, volume, etc.

That eye care product is hypochlorous acid. It's a strong antibacterial chemical, but it's [the chemical, and it's use as an antimicrobial] been around for a long time. Not anything revolutionary.
The company also makes KN95 masks, but I don't know why that would be significant just now.

ETrade shows the 18th unofficially, likely neither date as they have not done a press release announcing the date yet.
