All I deal with at work these days (I'm in O&G) is suppliers calling force majeure from the storm so there's no doubt it's an impact and will last another month+ until things are back to normal production

So I just opened a IBKR - Trader Workstation (TWS) account and put a little money in to play around with. I like the chart editing way better than ATP but I can't figure out how to get moving averages to show up?

I will try to search the YouTube for some videos but thought you all might have a quick answer

Go to your chart, click chart parameters icon (where you add studies), select studies, type in moving averages, select the one you want and hit add/apply/ok.

Personally to control the change in rate volatility the Fed is going to have to get involved. Powell speaks today and I'm expecting him to reopen an old program called operation twist. It would stabilize the curve and rate of selling. Powell today will decide where the market goes from here


Cash may be a good bet today and let's see how the market digests Powell.

Remember that we used to sell at just over a buck. Ask yourself what's changed in this stock that $1 becomes the support. I don't think nibbling a bit here is wrong but I'd be cautious accumulating a bunch. If it goes back down below $0.50 you don't want you cost average to be too high.

She's just pointing out how rare it is for the overall market to be down but energy and financials to be up. When you think about it many other sectors recovered faster, especially tech, so we may see more of these as energy and financials are still catching up. If tech sags or the market chops for the next couple months this may no longer be rare.

I believe PLTR will be 80 plus in January of 2022. I'm one person, but I believe OA sees 50 plus by the Summer

Just saw that Marcus Lemonis bought another $100K of CWH so his holdings are now over something like 18 million dollars
Always a good feeling when the CEO is taking sizeable chunks of the stock with his own wallet and not just stock awards

I think to the moon for a honeymoon period and then it's free fall below entry price when people figure out what "buzz" it's utilizing and start feeding it bad information.
